Welcome and congratulations on getting started on a new you. I am a firm believer that a fitness plan needs to incorporate proper nutrition and an exercise plan that fits with your goals and is tailored to you specifically.
I am qualified as a personal trainer with a key focus on strength and conditioning coaching to assist you to achieve your optimal level of peak performance whatever your goals may be. My training philosophy is based on taking the science of exercise physiology, kinesiology, strength and nutrition and applying them in a simplistic way. I will teach you how to lose weight (and keep it off), gain strength, increase flexibility, and improve cardiorespiratory fitness. Although my main focus is on personal training and fitness, my goal is to help you become successful in all areas of your life; physical, personal and professional. Everything I do is meant to educate, inspire, motivate and above all EMPOWER you to create the life you deserve.
As a trainer and coach I am dedicated to developing result driven programs that are individually designed to help you achieve optimal health. We will begin by creating a unique plan utilizing information from this client portfolio that takes into account your history, past attitude towards nutrition and exercise, possible health risks based on some simple assessments and measurements in addition to listening to your concerns and goals. With this comprehensive approach I will be able to design a fitness plan that includes an exercise strategy, overall goals and timeframe for achieving the results you are looking for.
